Ordering, pickup and refunds
Block Pantry coordinates portions of bulk packs. Paying reserves your portions; it does not mean a retailer order has already been placed.
Completely paid packs are grouped for the next community purchase. The organizer purchases them with the supplier and records the order receipt. Each listing shows its closing time. Unfilled packs are cancelled and refunded when their deadline expires.
You may cancel before a pack enters the purchase queue. After that point, contact the organizer before cancelling. Shortages, damaged goods and returns are reviewed with the organizer. Card refunds go to the original payment method; spent platform credits return as credits. Bank processing can delay when a refund appears.
Pickup is available only during the window shown after your portions are ready. Do not arrive before receiving instructions. Neighborhood delivery requires an approved service area and displayed price; entering an address does not establish delivery eligibility.
Prices allocate merchandise, the configured product tax, packing materials, packing-work credits and platform expenses across portions. Processing recovery is shown before payment. There is no profit markup or retailer tip.
Approved fulfillment partners curate their own storefronts and prepare their assigned orders. Any partner delivery charge is shown before payment and applies to that order. Work earns credits after organizer approval. Only approved partners may cash out earned credits, subject to Stripe verification, payout activation, available funds and payment-review holds. Ordinary member and promotional credits cannot be cashed out. Cash-out requests reserve credits against duplicate spending; bank deposit timing is controlled by Stripe.
